Graduated UCD Medical School 2003. Currently Neurology Specialist Registrar at St. Vincent's University Hospital completing PhD at St. Vincent's and Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience.

Research involves the pathophygiology and genetics of Adult-Onset Primary Torsion Dystonia (AOPTD)
Current Work
- Temporal Discrimination Thresholds (TDT) in AOPTD patients and unaffected relatives and use of TDT as an endophenotype.
- Voxel-based morphometry and TDT
- Functional MRI and TDT
- ERP and TDT
- Linkage analysis in multiplex AOPTD families using TDT as an endophenotype
