Viliam Rapcan

Biographical Information Viliam Rapcan received his MSc in Biomedical engineering in 2007 from University of Zilina, Slovakia. His thesis was titled "Audio analysis as a basis for objective diagnosis in psychiatry". He is currently conducting his research towards his PhD. Research Interests Extraction of speech characteristics that will provide biomarkers for objective analysis in psychiatry. Use of speech analysis as an invaluable indicator of the health and functioning of different brain functions in older adults.
